OC Tyršovo nábrežie is a building formerly used by service providers, which was renovated in 2012. During the renovation, the facade was completely reconstructed, the old windows and doors were replaced with new SCHUCO aluminium windows and doors of the highest German quality, the floors in the public areas were made of white cashmere natural stone, an OTIS lift was installed for the offices on the first floor, and many other modern elements were added, which are now an integral part of the modern building.
The shopping centre currently houses MUZIKER, the Youth Library of the City of Košice, ErkonKlima - a SAMSUNG air conditioning showroom, T4H s.r.o. - SAMSUNG Slovakia, Café No. 1, RENNER Driving School, VRK Real Estate Agency, Chiropraxia Košice and Mary Kay Cosmetics.
